Position: Project Coordinator
Location: West Bank, Bethlehem
Status: Full-time

Reporting: Project Manager/General Manager
Employment Type: Renewable fixed term contract
About Us:
Sunna Al-Amal (Hope Makers), a non-profit organization based in Bethlehem, is looking for a dynamic, highly-dedicated and flexible Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor the implementation of the project activities
Main Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and implement Project Activities.
-Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, trainings and other project-related events.
-Prepare all necessary materials & logistics; including reports, presentations, agendas and minutes of meetings.
-Write progress, interim and final reports to the donors according to regulations.
-Maintain comprehensive Project documentation
-Issue all appropriate legal work (ex: contract and agreements)
-Monitor project implementation and progress to handle any arising issues.
-Collect data, reports and feedback from the field
-Manage and supervise the project budget and resources.
-Conduct regular follow-up visits to beneficiaries.
-Assist the Project Manager with duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or related field of study.
-At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Excellent planning and time management skills
-Fluent English Language.
-Ability to work effectively under deadlines and high pressure.
