Accountant
Job Summary:
Implementing the accounting system; ensuring the accurate flow of financial documents, reports and keeping accounting books, as well as providing the necessary reports and information as required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Preparing journal vouchers, payment vouchers and receipt vouchers for the company.
- Calculating partners shares and preparing entries with issued invoices
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Timely update of social security required forms
- Timely reconciliation of sales tax accounts, preparation of monthly summary sheet, and preparing matching checks
- Preparation of other tax forms.
- Follow up on payment maturities and preparation of various checks & bank transfers
- Petty cash control.
- Payables & receivables.
- Financial Reports, P&L, BS, CF.
