Transcend support is an outsourcing company that deliver services for local and international partners and clients.
Location: Bethlehem Industrial Zone- next to Degol pool
Title : Technical Support and Customer Service Agent
Contract type: Full time
Working hours: able to work during all the following shifts
from 9 am till 4 pm
from 4 pm till 11 pm

Required skills :
-Great communication skills
-Good computer technical background
-Great analytical skills
-The ability to work within a team
-Able to recognize issues and solve them
-Strong personalit
-Excellent (Russian / English / Arabic) level
-Flexibility to work different shifts and during weekends
- positions are available for both F & M
