We are seeking for HR and Recruitment officer
Job Discerption and duties:
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements, Monthly Payroll calculations
Proficient in MS Office, Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
Contact applicants to inform them about the employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Build talent pipeline by sourcing candidates using different databases and tools
Evaluate and screen resumes, provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers

Basic knowledge of labor laws
Social awareness, emotional intelligence, and cultural competency to engage effectively with, and earn trust of, diverse set of candidates and applicants.
